Moutai China and Bank of China Charity Night

After the event ends, the clients give a big hug with great appreciation to Hand Kiosk Crew not only because the Crew creates an unforgettable night to the 500 premium guests including, Mr. Edmund Ho Hau Wah, the Vice-Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, but also the profession of providing an one-stop event management service.

Wah, that's super amazing to have 5 pieces of large LED walls around the ballroom for the guests tonight! Hands Kiosk Event Management completes an excellent charity night for Moutai China and Bank of China on July 3, 2018. During the charity night, both Moutai China and Bank of China announce their donation programs to different rural China areas. In addition, an award ceremony of gold competition held in the same day morning is presented during the dinner.

The ballroom design is completed with a 21mL x 4.5mH LED wall as stage centrepieces plus 4 built-in LED walls provided by the venue, our great partner, Grand Hyatt Macau. To utilise the well-designed ballroom, a loopback effects of clients' branding videos, animation backgrounds, and live feed are provided which makes a very busy control panel. Together with the themed colors, Gold & Red, to demonstrate the elegant and gorgeous event theme.

Hands Kiosk Crew does encounter with challenge this time, not the technical issue, not the tight lead-time, not the demanding client, not the keep changing event rundown, but the animation.

This time, Hands Kiosk has to provide 14 animation effects and we have one month to prepare. Time is definitely sufficient, isn't? That's what our crew thinks so initially. However, because of one unpredictable matter, we learn a lesson: never ever use freelancer as designer for any event. Fortunately, our event director discovers the problem at an early stage with an immediately strategically follow up, the Crew ultimately over comes the animation challenge perfectly and timely.
